Today’s business leaders face great challenges in nearly every industry segment, technology, competition, globalization and other factors driving change at an unprecedented pace. My experience has allowed me to make immediate, impactful improvements using implementation skills learned while founding my own fast growth technology firm, leading a turnaround in a human resources enterprise, and managing the day to day operations of a large financial firm.

Managing P&L

• 15 years of P&L responsibility while directing day to day operations and demonstrated success in achieving immediate contribution through business analysis, prioritization, process development and execution to policy, technology, and business process while obtaining buy in and building trust with staff.
• Founded my own technology firm and led that firm to $65 million in revenue through both organic growth and acquisition.

Day to Day Operations Excellence

• Managed the day to day operations of fast growing firms with intense focus on P&L in firm sizes ranging from startups up to and including $450 million in revenue with a return on sales exceeding 25%.
• Built and implemented scalable infrastructure, tools and metrics emphasizing transparency reporting to the stakeholders.
• Integrated marketing and sales to drive new business, build product bundles, identify and open profitable new markets

Building a Customer Centric Organization

• Reorganized companies’ staffing needs based on infrastructure remodeling while driving continuous improvement of internal business processes.
• Mentored the management team while hiring and successfully onboarding staff with a “client-centric” mindset to support growth and scalability
• Evangelized the firm by promoting the company vision, mission and building a successful work environment.
